Madison There is a little known street within walking distance of oodles of fun things - restaurants, Magic Mill and Whole Foods, Hilldale Shopping Center - which gives one pedestrian- access to those things that one normally has to drive to and yet is such a hidden- away street that no extraneous traffic 'happens' past. This street is Eugenia, which is split into the lower part and the upper part.

My new listing at 517 Eugenia is on the 'upper' part, hidden in the trees, part of a very small group of houses, which affords the residents total privacy or socializing at one's own discretion!

The home was designed by the late Nate Sample in l960 but still feels very contemporary. There is an exposed lower level, with lots of windows facing southwest, accessible from a spiral staircase or from an exterior door, making it easy to move in large pieces of furniture. That lower level has mechanicals, an exercise room, lots of storage, and a huge family room which could serve many uses.

No sidewalks to shovel! No yard to mow! Very quiet except for a continuous and charming chorus of a wide assortment of birds. Great home for creative people or those seeking a sane lifestyle!
